Section 7.4.3. 10 Exceptions to the rules regarding the extra trip rotating roster specified above. 12 1. In the event an employee was not made aware of an extra trip at least twenty-four (24) 13 hours (to include at least one (1) hour for telephone calls) in advance of the scheduled 14 departure time, in such cases the employee shall be offered the next extra trip,
Section 7.4.3. 19 Athletic non-classification postings will happen fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the first 20 season event and will be transmitted through the YCS District email system, immediately 21 thereafter any other contractual requirements the employer may have. All PSE employees will 22 be afforded access to the District’s email system. It is understood that District staff will not use 24 our Staff Electronic Resources Acceptable Use Policy. 26 All other non-classification overtime/extra work will be transmitted through the YCS District 27 email system fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the event if help is required by the District.
Section 7.4.3. 23 Vacation hours will be accrued monthly. Vacation pay will be paid at the rate of the employee's 24 regular base pay. For employees working less than eight (8) hours each day, vacation pay will 25 be based on the hours worked per day. An employee who is entitled to, but has not received, 26 paid vacation at the time of his/her termination or retirement shall receive pay for such earned 27 vacation with his/her final pay check not to exceed thirty (30) days. 28 29 30 31 ARTICLE VIII 32 33 LEAVES 34
Section 7.4.3. 27 In the event of the birth of a child of the employee’s spouse, the employee will be allowed three 28 (3) days of leave with pay. 29 30 Section 7.5. Judicial Leave.

  • Section 4.3 12 The Association reserves and retains the right to delegate any right or duty contained herein to 13 appropriate officials of the Public School Employees of Washington State Organization.

  • Section 6.2 13 The Association representatives may represent the Association and employees in meeting with officials 14 of the District to discuss appropriate matters of mutual interest. They may receive and investigate to 15 conclusion complaints or grievances of employees on District time and thereafter advise employees of 16 rights and procedures outlined in this Agreement and applicable regulations or directives for resolving 17 the grievances or complaints. They may not, however, continue to advise the employee on courses of 18 action after the employee has indicated a desire not to pursue a grievance. This does not, however, 19 preclude the Association's right to pursue the matter to conclusion. They may consult with the District 20 on complaints without a grievance being made by an individual employee.

  • Section 4.5 37 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off without loss of 38 pay to a maximum of three (3) days per year to attend regional or State meetings when the purpose of 39 those meetings is in the best interests of the District as determined by the District administration.
