Terms of the Bid definition

Terms of the Bid means these terms on which bid proposals are invited and received from Bidders under this RFB, such terms being contained in this Section II of the RFB.

Related to Terms of the Bid

  • Terms of Use means any privacy policy, terms of use or other terms and conditions made applicable by BNYM in connection with the Company’s or a Permitted User’s access to and use of a Component System or a BNYM Web Application or other access site or access method.

  • Competitive Bid means an offer by a Lender to make a Competitive Loan in accordance with Section 2.04.

  • The Bidder means the individual or firm who participates in this tender and submits its bid.

  • Notice of Loan Prepayment means a notice of prepayment with respect to a Loan, which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit 2.05 or such other form as may be approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.
