Territory Zone 1 definition

Territory Zone 1 means, with respect to any Net Sales, all countries and territories in the Territory where, as of the date of the applicable sale of the Product, such Product is covered by a Valid Claim.

  • Union territory tax means the Union territory goods and services tax levied under the Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act;

  • U.S. Territory means American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • Territory means worldwide.

  • WTO GPA country end product means an article that—

  • Customs territory of the United States means the 50 States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.

  • Major Countries means Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, United Kingdom and the United States.

  • the Territory means the sub-Saharan Continent, south of the 15N latitude.

  • Licensed Territory means worldwide.

  • customs territory of the Union means the territory as defined in Article 3 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 of 12 October 1992 establishing the Community Customs Code (2) and in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93 of 2 July 1993 laying down provisions for the implementation of Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 (3);

  • third countries means any other country besides the member states.

  • Key Regulatory Approvals means those sanctions, rulings, consents, orders, exemptions, permits and other approvals (including the lapse, without objection, of a prescribed time under a statute or regulation that states that a transaction may be implemented if a prescribed time lapses following the giving of notice without an objection being made) of Governmental Entities as set out in Schedule C hereto;

  • Territories means territories, including territorial waters;

  • Established geographic service area means a geographic area, as approved by the Commissioner and based on the carrier's certificate of authority to transact insurance in this state, within which the carrier is authorized to provide coverage;

  • Coverage territory means the United States of America (including its territories and possessions), Puerto Rico and Canada.

  • Major Market Countries means [***].

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Free Trade Agreement country end product means an article that—

  • taxable territory means the territory to which the provisions of this Act apply;

  • Sanctioned Territory means a country or territory that is the subject of comprehensive economic Sanctions including, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea.

  • Major Country means the United States, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
