Test Fit using a contractor as agreed by Landlord and Tenant at Xxxxxxxx’s expense.

Examples of Test Fit in a sentence

  • Landlord shall have no obligation to bear any portion of the cost of the Test Fit in excess of the Test Fit Allowance, and Tenant shall pay Landlord for any costs of the Test Fit in excess of the Test Fit Allowance within 10 business days of the date of invoice therefor.

  • Single Phase Aerosol Air Freshener means an aerosol air freshener with the liquid contents in a single homogeneous phase and which does not require that the product container be shaken before use.

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • Treatment Plant means the onshore plant to be constructed by the Joint Venturers for the liquefaction and treatment of natural gas and condensate as contemplated in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
