Test Level definition

Test Level means the designation prescribed to a HTCB system or system component by the Transportation Research Board National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Report 350 and the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials Manual for Assessing Safety Hardware (MASH) 2009.
Test Level means (i) for any quarter in 2017, 1.0x, (ii) for any quarter in 2018, 1.10x, (iii) for any quarter in the period commencing January 1, 2019 and ending December 31, 2021, 1.25x, and (iv) for any quarter in the period commencing January 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2023, 1.40x.

Examples of Test Level in a sentence

  • Category 3 devices shall be crash tested for Test Level 3 or the test level specified.

  • Truck/trailer mounted attenuators shall comply with Article 1106.02(g) or shall meet the requirements of NCHRP 350 Test Level 3 with vehicles used in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations and requirements.

  • The Contractor furnished sign, mounted on a traffic control device, shall together be NCHRP-350 Test Level 3 approved.

  • The PV shall consist of a work vehicle with approved flashing lights, a truck-mounted attenuator (TMA) with support structure designed for attaching the system to the work vehicle, and arrow panel (arrow mode for multilane roadways and caution mode on two-lane, two-way roadways) The work vehicle size and method of attachment shall be as specified in the TMA manufacture’s specification as tested under NCHRP Test Level 3.

  • Applicants shall hold a Bachelor’s degree, and have a minimum score of 210 on the HSK Test (Level 5) as well as 60 on the HSKK test (Intermediate Level).

Related to Test Level

  • Highest-level owner means the entity that owns or controls an immediate owner of the offeror, or that owns or controls one or more entities that control an immediate owner of the offeror. No entity owns or exercises control of the highest level owner.

  • Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Severity Level means the actual impact of a Defect on a user’s operational environment as further described in the table below.

  • Trigger Level means with respect to an Index, the level specified as such in Annex 1 with respect to such Index

  • Weighting factor wT for an organ or tissue (T) means the proportion of the risk of stochastic effects resulting from irradiation of that organ or tissue to the total risk of stochastic effects when the whole body is irradiated uniformly. For calculating the effective dose equivalent, the values of wT are:

  • Index Level means, in respect of any day and subject to Adjustment Provisions: (a) in respect of an Index (other than a Multiple Exchange Index), the closing level of such Index at the Valuation Time on such day; and (b) in respect of an Index that is a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on such day at the Valuation Time as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor each as rounded up to four decimal places (with 0.00005 being rounded up), all as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • First Level Support means any support relating to calls from Customer’s customers, end users or affiliates or general resolution of user errors, network errors, provisioning errors or Internet delays or malfunctions.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Final Trigger Level means 85.00%, being a percentage against which the performance of the Index will be measured in order to determine the Final Redemption Amount.

  • Mean Sea Level means the average height of the sea for all stages of the tide. It is used as a reference for establishing various elevations within the floodplain. For the purposes of this Ordinance, the term is synonymous with the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, to which Base Flood Elevations shown on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map are referenced.
