TGGS Committee definition

TGGS Committee means a committee appointed to manage The Sirindhorn International Thai-German Graduate School of Engineering.
TGGS Committee means a committee appointed to manage the TGGS. “Program Coordinator” means the head of field of study in the TGGS. “Lecturer” means a lecturer in the TGGS.

  • OH&S Committee is referred to hereafter, read “body nominated to implement policy on site”.

  • P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol.   • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Independent Board Committee means the independent board committee of the Company

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of Textron.

  • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.

  • Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of this Administrative Agreement as outlined in section 7 (Oversight Committee) of this Administrative Agreement.

  • Board Committee means those individual members of the Board of Directors who have been appointed by the Board of Directors with the powers and responsibilities specified in Article VIII and to which has been delegated any fiduciary responsibilities of the Board of Directors with respect to the Plan.

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.

  • Audit Committee or Committee means Committee of Board of Directors of the Company constituted under provisions of Listing agreement and Companies Act, 2013.

  • Compensation Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • Nominations Committee means the committee referred to as such in, and established pursuant to, Article 133;

  • Listing Committee the listing committee of the Stock Exchange;

  • Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;

  • Executive Committee means a group of directors elected or appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them by, the Commission.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Plan Committee means a committee of two or more directors appointed by the Board to administer the Plan.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.
