Church Academies definition

Church Academies means Church of England Academies (as defined in Article 4(i) and “Church of England Academy” shall refer to any one of the Church of England Academies;
Church Academies means any academy established by the Academy Trust with a Church of England designation which shall be conducted in accordance with the principles, practices and tenets of the Church of England both generally and in particular in relation to arranging for religious education and daily acts of worship, and in having regard to any advice and following any directives issued by the Diocesan Board of Education (and “Church Academy” shall mean any one of those academies);
Church Academies means Burrington and any other Church of England designated schools in respect of which a Relevant Funding Agreement has been entered into between the Secretary of State and the Company;
