Examples of the Charity in a sentence
We are the Brentwood School Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), a charity (Number 1153605) registered with the Charity Commission.
No waiver by any Party of a breach or a default hereunder shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both Parties and by the Charity’s Legal Department on behalf of the Charity and any such waiver shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach or default of the same or similar nature.
If the Charity exercises its rights in this regard, GoodPAYE may (by giving three months’ notice in accordance with clause 2.1) terminate this Agreement.
The charity must be registered with the Charity Commission and provide a Registered Charity Number.
In such cases GoodPAYE will continue to allow Donors to donate to the Charity, but shall not give any representation that it has any contractual relationship with the Charity.
