The Claims Allocation and Handling Agreement definition

The Claims Allocation and Handling Agreement means the Agreement so entitled dated 1 March 2019 and made between the several parties whose names are contained in Schedule 6 thereof (the “Industry Parties”) and Railway Claims Limited (the “Agency”), as amended from time to time in accordance with its terms and the expressions defined in the Claims Allocation and Handling Agreement shall have the same meanings in this Clause 30. The Hirer shall supply the Supplier with a copy of each amendment thereto as and when it is made.
The Claims Allocation and Handling Agreement means the Agreement so entitled dated 18 February 1999 and made between the Secretary of State, London & Continental Railways Limited, Eurostar International Limited, Union Railways (South) Limited, HS1 Limited and other parties, as amended, supplemented, substituted, novated or assigned from time to time.   • Distribution Tariff means the Distribution Tariff prepared by the Company and approved by the Commission on an interim or final basis, as the case may be;
