The Class SA. Class A-1, Class A-2, Class B-1, Class B-2 and Class SB Certificates will be the "regular interest" in the Trust Fund, and the Class R Certificates will be the "residual interests" in the Trust Fund, for purposes of the REMIC Provisions (as defined herein) under federal income tax law.   • The Class SA standard states: There may be no direct discharge of pollutants to Class SA waters except for compliant storm water discharges and permitted aquatic pesticides to control mosquito borne diseases.

  • The Class SA Certificates, the Class A Certificates, the Class M Certificates, the Class B Certificates and the Residual Certificates shall be substantially in the forms set forth in Exhibits A-1, X-0, X-0, X-0 xxx B-2, respectively, and shall, on original issue, be executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee to or upon the order of the Seller concurrently with the sale and assignment to the Trustee of the Trust Assets.

  • The Class SA Certificates will be issuable in denominations evidencing an initial Notional Amount of not less than $1.00 and integral multiples of $1.00 in excess thereof, except that one Certificate of the Class SA Certificates may be issued in an amount evidencing the sum of the authorized minimum denomination and the remainder of the aggregate initial Notional Amount of such Class.
