Certificate Register The register maintained pursuant to Section 5.02.
Applicable Registry Operators means, collectively, the registry operators of top-‐level domains party to a registry agreement that contains a provision similar to this Section 7.6, including Registry Operator.
Registry means, in relation to a Vessel, the office of the registrar, commissioner or representative of the Flag State, who is duly empowered to register such Vessel, the relevant Owner’s title thereto and the relevant Mortgage under the laws and flag of the Flag State;
State registrar means the state registrar of vital statistics.
Note Register shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 15.
National Registry means the National Registry of Practising Lawyers established under the National Mobility Agreement;
Central registry means the system maintained at the department that is used to keep a record of all reports filed with the department under this act in which relevant and accurate evidence of child abuse or child neglect is found to exist.
International Registry means the international registry established pursuant to the Cape Town Treaty.
Branch Register means any branch Register of such category or categories of Members as the Company may from time to time determine.
deeds registry means a deeds registry as defined in section 102 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act No. 47 of 1937);
Public Register means the College’s register that is available to the public.
Registered Name refers to a domain name within the domain of the Registry TLD, whether consisting of two or more (e.g., xxxx.xxxxx.xxxx) levels, about which VNDS or an affiliate engaged in providing registry services maintains data in a registry database, arranges for such maintenance, or derives revenue from such maintenance. A name in a registry database may be a Registered Name even though it does not appear in a TLD zone file (e.g., a registered but inactive name).
Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.
Donor registry means a database that contains records of anatomical gifts and amendments to or revocations of anatomical gifts.
International Register means the official collection of data concerning international registrations maintained by the International Bureau, which data the Agreement, the Protocol or the Regulations require or permit to be recorded, irrespective of the medium in which such data are stored;
First Source Register means the DOES Automated Applicant Files, which consists of the names of District of Columbia residents registered with DOES.
State Repository means any public or private repository or entity as may be designated by the State as a state information depository for the purpose of the Rule. As of the date of this Disclosure Agreement, there is no State Repository.
Registered nurse means a person registered by the Board as a Registered Nurse.
Minister for Lands means the Minister in the Government of the State for the time being responsible for the administration of the Land Act;
Share Register means the register of Holders maintained on behalf of the Trust by the Auction Agent in its capacity as transfer agent and registrar for the APS.
Registry Services are, for purposes of the Agreement, defined as the following: (a) those services that are operations of the registry critical to the following tasks: the receipt of data from registrars concerning registrations of domain names and name servers; provision to registrars of status information relating to the zone servers for the TLD; dissemination of TLD zone files; operation of the registry DNS servers; and dissemination of contact and other information concerning domain name server registrations in the TLD as required by this Agreement; (b) other products or services that the Registry Operator is required to provide because of the establishment of a Consensus Policy as defined in Specification 1; (c) any other products or services that only a registry operator is capable of providing, by reason of its designation as the registry operator; and (d) material changes to any Registry Service within the scope of (a), (b) or (c) above.
