THE CONTRACTS (RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES. ACT 1999
20.1 A person who is not a Party to the Contract will have no right to enforce any of its provisions which, expressly or by implication, confer a benefit on him, without the prior written agreement of both Parties.

33.1 Subject to Clause 33.2 a person who is not a Party to this Contract has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 to enforce any of its provisions which, expressly or by implication, confer a benefit on him, without the prior written agreement of the Parties, but this does not affect any right or remedy of any person which exists or is available otherwise than pursuant to that Act. This Clause does not affect any right or remedy of any person which exists or is available otherwise than pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 and does not apply to the Crown.
33.2 The Authority may enforce any provision of this Contract which is for the benefit of the Authority as a third party beneficiary in accordance with the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000.
33.3 The Parties agree that the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 (CRiTPA) shall apply to Clause 40 (Employment, Tax and National Insurance Liabilities) to the extent necessary that any Replacement Supplier shall have the right to enforce the obligations owed to, and indemnities given to, the Replacement Supplier by the Supplier under that Clause 40 (Employment, Tax and National Insurance Liabilities) in its own right pursuant to section 1(1) of CRiTPA.
33.4 No consent of any third party is necessary for any rescission, variation (including any release or compromise in whole or in part of liability) or termination of this Contract or any one or more Clauses or paragraphs of it.

27.1 Except as specified in clause 29.8, a person who isn’t Party to this Call-Off Contract has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of its terms. This does not affect any right or remedy of any person which exists or is available otherwise.

29.1 The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to this Agreement and unless specifically herein provided no person other than a Party shall have any rights under this Agreement nor shall this Agreement be enforceable by any person other than the Parties.

THE CONTRACTS (RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES. Act 1999 shall not apply to the Agreement or to any agreement or document entered into pursuant to the Agreement and only the parties with explicit rights or obligations pursuant to the Agreement may enforce any term of and benefit from theAgreement.

54.1 Subject to Clause 54.2, this Agreement is not intended to create any benefit, claim or rights of any kind whatsoever enforceable by any person who is not a Party to this Agreement. Accordingly, the Parties confirm that no term of this Agreement is enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by a person who is not a Party to this Agreement.
54.2 It is the intention of the Parties that any other department, officer or agency of the Crown, may as required from time to time act as the Authority's agent in enforcing the Authority's rights under this Agreement.
