HOSPITALISATION BENEFITS i. Surgeon, Medical Practitioner, Consultants, Specialists Fees, Blood, Oxygen, Surgical Appliances, Medicines & Drugs, Diagnostic Material and Dialysis, Chemotherapy, Nursing expenses. 10% of Sum Insured, Maximum Rs.25000/- during the Policy period. Domiciliary Hospitalisation benefit shall, however, not cover expenses in any of the following cases a) if the treatment lasts for a period of three days or less b) incurred on Pre and Post Hospitalisation treatment c) incurred on treatment of any of the following diseases : i. Asthma ii. Bronchitis iii. Chronic Nephritis and Nephritic Syndrome iv. Diarrhoea and all types of Dysenteries including Gastro-enteritis v. Diabetes Mellitus and Insipidus vi. Epilepsy
HOSPITALISATION BENEFITS. A confirmed employee or an employee who has completed six (6) months of service is covered under NTUC Income Group Hospital and Surgical Insurance. The details of the Insurance Plans are enclosed in the attached Appendix.
HOSPITALISATION BENEFITS. (1) Every employee shall be eligible for hospitalisation leave up to an aggregate of sixty (60) days in each calendar year, less the sick leave taken in the calendar year. (2) The Company shall cover eligible employees for hospitalisation expenses under its insurance scheme up to the limits as stated in the Schedule of Benefits in Appendix B to this Agreement. Any sum in excess of the maximum is not reimbursable by the Company under the Scheme and hence to be borne by the employee.

A copy of the Company’s Group Hospitalisation and Surgical Insurance Plan shall be extended to all employees in the Company. Appendix II shows the schedule for this plan.

HOSPITALISATION BENEFITS. Every employee shall be covered by the Company’s Group Hospitalisation and Surgical Insurance Plan. Subject to the provisions for room and board benefit under this plan, the normal xxxx assigned shall be “B1” xxxx accommodation in the event of the employee being hospitalised. A copy of the Company’s Group Hospitalisation and Surgical Insurance Plan shall be extended to all employees in the Company. Appendix II shows the schedule for this plan. (1) All active permanent full-time employees shall be eligible for flexible benefits up to a maximum amount of $420.00 per calendar year with effect from 1st January 2011. Any unutilised amount in a calendar year shall be forfeited. (2) The flexible benefit claims may be utilised to cover benefits stipulated under the Flexible Benefits policy.

An employee may admit into a private hospital in Singapore but refunds of hospital expenses shall be restricted to restructured Government hospital at “B1” xxxx rates only.
