The fifth degree definition

The fifth degree means any person by blood, adoption, or marriage as follows: a spouse, or a surviving spouse, child, grandchild, great-grandchild, parent, grandparent, great- grandparent, great-great grandparent, sibling, nephew or niece, grand nephew or grand niece, great-grand nephew or great-grand niece, uncle or aunt, great uncle or great aunt, great-grand uncle or great-grand aunt, first cousin, or first cousin once removed.

  • Junior accessory dwelling unit means a unit that is no more than 500 square feet in size and contained entirely within a single-family residence. A junior accessory dwelling unit may include separate sanitation facilities, or may share sanitation facilities with the existing structure.

  • Multifamily dwelling means a structure that contains more than one separate residential dwelling unit, which is used or occupied, or is intended to be used or occupied, in whole or in part, as the home or residence of one or more persons.

  • Complex means the group of registered investment companies for which Prudential Investments Fund Management LLC serves as Manager; provided, however, that with respect to Access Persons of the Subadviser (including any unit or subdivision thereof), "Complex" means the group of registered investment companies in the Complex advised by the Subadviser or unit or subdivision thereof. A list of such registered investment companies will be maintained by the Compliance Officer.

  • Accessory dwelling unit means an attached or a detached residential dwelling unit that provides complete independent living facilities for one or more persons and is located on a lot with a proposed or existing primary residence. It shall include permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking, and sanitation on the same parcel as the single-family or multifamily dwelling is or will be situated. An accessory dwelling unit also includes the following:

  • systemic risk means a risk of disruption in the financial system with the potential to have serious negative consequences for the financial system and the real economy;
