Head of Paid Service means the person designated as such by the Council under Section 4 of the 1989 Act
Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer. A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.
CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;
Level of service has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(c).
911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.
Terms of Service means those Support Services and Professional Services terms posted at xxxx://xxx.XXXXXXX.xxx/terms-of-service/, which are incorporated herein. Client acknowledges and agrees it has read, understands and agrees to be bound by the Terms of Service.
Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.
civil service means the civil service of the State;
Data Service means a telecommunications service other than a voice service.
Prepaid wireless calling service means a telecommunications service that provides the right to utilize mobile wireless service as well as other non-telecommunications services, including the download of digital products delivered electronically, content and ancillary services, which must be paid for in advance that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the number declines with use in a known amount.
Broadband service means a retail service capable of transmitting data over an access line at a rate greater than 200 kilobits per second.
account information service means an online service to provide consolidated information on one or more payment accounts held by the payment service user with either another payment service provider or with more than one payment service provider;
Class of Service means the various categories of service generally available to customers, such as business or residence.
Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.
Termination of Services means Participant’s Termination of Consultancy, Termination of Directorship or Termination of Employment, as applicable.
Service Switching Point (SSP means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

Vesting Service of an employee means the period or periods of service credited to him under the provisions of Article II for purposes of determining his vested interest in his Employer Contributions Sub-Account, if Employer Contributions are provided for under either Article VI or Article XXII.
Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;
air service means a flight or a series of flights carrying passengers, cargo and/or mail for remuneration and/or hire;
Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;
contract of service means any agreement, whether oral or in writing and whether express or implied, whereby one person agrees to employ another as an employee and that other agrees to serve his employer as an employee and includes an apprenticeship contract;
