the Trust Fund definition

the Trust Fund means the Bond(s) referred to in the First Schedule to the Declaration of Trust and the property from time to time representing the same (and also includes any other property which may become Trust Property as a result of any loan to the Trustees or any addition by way of gift or any accumulation of income).

Examples of the Trust Fund in a sentence

  • It is the intention of the Depositor that Certificateholders shall not be personally liable for obligations of the Trust Fund, that the interests in the Trust Fund represented by the Certificates shall be nonassessable for any reason whatsoever, and that the Certificates, upon due authentication thereof by the Trustee pursuant to this Agreement, are and shall be deemed fully paid.

  • The Depositor is the owner of the Trust Fund that is hereby conveyed to the Trustee in return for the Certificates.

  • The Certificates, in the aggregate, evidence the entire beneficial ownership interest in the Trust Fund formed pursuant to the Agreement.

  • If within six months after the second notice all the applicable Certificates shall not have been surrendered for cancellation, the Trustee may take appropriate steps, or may appoint an agent to take appropriate steps, to contact the remaining Certificateholders concerning surrender of their Certificates, and the cost thereof shall be paid out of the funds and other assets which remain a part of the Trust Fund.
