  • Accumulation Vacation time shall be earned and accumulated on a monthly basis in accordance with the following schedules:

  • Accumulation of Vacation Vacation leave may be accumulated to any amount provided that once during each fiscal year, each supervisor's accumulation must be reduced to two hundred and seventy-five (275) hours or less. If this is not accomplished on or before the last day of the fiscal year, the amount of vacation shall automatically be reduced to two hundred seventy-five (275) hours at the end of the fiscal year. During the first three (3) years of employment, a regular or limited term employee shall earn approximately five (5) hours and fifty-one (51) minutes of annual leave during each eighty (80) hour pay period (approximately one hundred fifty-two [152] hours per year), or a prorated amount for any pay period in which the employee is paid for less than eighty (80) hours.

  • Accumulative All employees shall be entitled to ten (10) sick leave days each school/work year and all employees employed for twelve (12) months shall be entitled to twelve (12) sick leave days each school/work year, as of the first official day of said school year whether or not they report for duty on that day.
