Specified Fund definition

Specified Fund means a fund established or incorporated in India in the form of a trust or a company or a limited liability partnership or a body corporate,—

Specified Fund means in relation to an Adhering Corporate Member the following property comprised in (and constituting a part or the whole of) the Trust Fund namely:

Specified Fund means Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst Equity Fund II, L.P., Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst Xxuitx Xxnd III, L.P., Hicks, Muse, Tate & Fursx Xxuity Xxxx IV, L.P., Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst Xxxxate Xxxxty Fund IV, L.P., Hicks, Muse, Tate & Xxrst Xxxxpe Fund, L.P., Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst Europx Xxivatx Xxnd, L.P., Hicks, Muse, Tate & Xxrst Xxxxn America Fund, L.P. and Hicks, Muse, Tate & Xurst Xxxin America Private Fund, L.P.

Examples of Specified Fund in a sentence

• The banks/ entities with whom the Specified Funds Account(s) are held, as more particularly set out in Schedule 1 are hereinafter referred to as the "Specified Fund Entity (ies)".

• Each Investment shall be reasonably expected by the Loan Parties to be suitable for purchase by New Fund (the determination of which will include a determination that the Investment is consistent with past investments by any Specified Fund).

• To sign and execute on my/our behalf all documents and other instructions in relation to the Specified Funds Account(s) and the Specified Depository Account(s), as well as give instructions to the Specified Fund Entity(ies), Specified Depository Participant(s) in relation to the Specified Funds Account(s) and the Specified Depository Account(s) respectively.

• Each Investment shall be reasonably expected by the Loan Parties to be suitable for purchase by New Fund (the determination of which will include a determination that the Investment would have been suitable for purchase by any Specified Fund and is consistent with past investments by the Specified Funds).

Specified Fund means any fund established or incorporated in India in the form of a trust or a company or a limited liability partnership or a body corporate which has been granted a certificate of registration as a Category I or Category II Alternative Investment Fund and is regulated under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012, and which is located in any International Financial Services Centre;

Specified Fund means Fund I, Fund II, Fund III, Fund IV, Olympus Real Estate Fund I, L.P., Olympus Real Estate Fund II, L.P., Hicks, Muse, Tate & Xursx Xxxin America Fund, L.P., Hicks, Muse, Tate & Xursx Xxxin America Private Fund, L.P., Hicks, Muse, Tate & Xursx Xxxope Fund, L.P. and Hicks, Muse, Tate & Xursx Xxxope Private Fund, L.P.

Specified Fund means any mutual fund which has specifically prescribed in its scheme the real estate to be acquired;
