the Trusts definition

the Trusts means the Macfarlane Trust, the Macfarlane (Special Payments) Trust and the Macfarlane (Special Payments) (No. 2) Trust;

• If provided for in the Prospectus for a Trust, the Trustee shall pay, or reimburse to the Depositor, the expenses related to the updating of the Trust's registration statement, to the extent of legal fees, typesetting fees, electronic filing expenses and regulatory filing fees.

• All investment management and any other activities of the Sub-Advisor shall at all times be subject to the control and direction of the Advisor and the Trust's Board of Trustees.
