Third Degree definition

Third Degree means the relative of a person who is a first cousin, great-grandparent or great- grandchild.

Third Degree means the relationships of third degree by consanguinity as provided by law, i.e. an individual’s great grandparents, great grandchildren, uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews, but does not include the spouse of each of these.
