Third Measurement Period definition

Third Measurement Period means the period that begins on the first day of the Performance Period and ends on the last day of the sixth quarter following such date.
Third Measurement Period shall be from January 1, 20XX, through December 31, 20XX, and of the Performance Stock Units and $ of the Performance Cash Units shall be allocated thereto.
Third Measurement Period means the 12-month period beginning on the first day of the first full calendar month after the second anniversary of the Closing Date.
