Third-Party Data Feeds definition

Third-Party Data Feeds means data provided by a third party that is licensed directly by Customer from said third party or included as a pre-integrated data feed by Reltio.
Third-Party Data Feeds means third party data, applications, services, text, files, images, graphics, illustrations, information, data, audio, video, photographs, and other content and material, in any format regardless of frequency, that are obtained or derived from third-party sources outside the Parties, but made available to the Parties through, within, or in conjunction with the provision of (or use of) the Software Service. Third Party Data Feeds includes Non EcoOnline Applications.

Examples of Third-Party Data Feeds in a sentence

  • Customer is solely responsible for taking and maintaining appropriate security, protection and backup actions with respect to Customer Data, Third-Party Data Feeds, and Users’ access to the Platform, including the security of account passwords issued to its Users.

  • Reltio shall maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of Customer Data and Third-Party Data Feeds as stated in the Data Security Policy.

  • Customer warrants that (a) Customer has validly entered into the Agreement and has the legal power to do so, (b) that Reltio’s use of Customer Data, Customer Applications, and Third-Party Data Feeds licensed by Customer will not infringe or violate the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party; and (c) Customer’s entry into the Agreement and performance of its obligations hereunder will not violate or conflict with any other agreement or obligations to which Customer is bound.

  • Customer represents and warrants that Customer has obtained and has paid or will timely pay for all licenses, rights, and permissions necessary to grant Reltio the right to use Third-Party Data Feeds provided and licensed by Customer in connection with the Platform and to perform Reltio’s rights and obligations under this Agreement.

  • As used in this Section 10.3, “Third-Party Data Provider” means any third party from whom Customer obtains a license to Third-Party Data Feeds.

  • EcoOnline does not guarantee that: (a) the Services will be performed error- free or uninterrupted, or that EcoOnline will correct all service errors; or (b) the services will operate in combination with Customer’s Content, Third-Party Data Feeds, or Non-EcoOnline Applications, or with any other hardware, software, systems or data not provided by EcoOnline; or (c) EcoOnline’s patches, fixes and replacement of software will cause the Services to operate in the exact same manner.

  • The Actuary acknowledges that it must maintain independence from all interests other than the interests of the System and its members and beneficiaries, as those interests are expressed by the Retirement Board.

  • Further, Reltio makes no warranties of any sort applicable to Third-Party Data Feeds, or Third- Party Applications, which are made available by Reltio “AS IS”.

  • Customer warrants that (a) Customer has validly entered into this Agreement and has the legal power to do so, (b) that Reltio’s use of Customer Data, Customer Applications, and Third-Party Data Feeds licensed by Customer will not infringe or violate the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party; and (c) Customer’s entry into this Agreement and performance of its obligations hereunder will not violate or conflict with any other agreement or obligations to which Customer is bound.

  • Customer hereby grants Reltio the non-exclusive worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, store, transmit, perform, adapt, or display Customer Data solely to the extent required for Reltio’s provision of the Platform and Services to Customer under the Agreement and to integrate and combine Customer Data with Third-Party Data Feeds.

Related to Third-Party Data Feeds

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Third Party Vendor means a subscriber of MIAX PEARL’s market and other data feeds, which they in turn use for redistribution purposes.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, equipment or components of or relating to the Services that are not proprietary to NCIT.
