Third Party Employer definition

Third Party Employer means a service provider engaged by the Customer to provide some or all of the Services to the Customer before the Service Start Date;
Third Party Employer means a person or entity that contracts with a day labor service agency for the employment of day laborers.

  • If there are no measures the Supplier will give confirmation of that fact and shall indemnify the Authority and any Third Party Employer in full on demand from and against all Employment Liabilities resulting from any failure by it to comply with this obligation.
