Third Term Note definition

Third Term Note means the Amended and Restated Third Term Note evidencing the Third Term Loan (which amends and restates the $1,500,000 Term Note dated October 30, 2003, issued by Borrower to Bank), as such note may be amended, modified or restated from time to time.
Third Term Note shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.5 of this Agreement.
Third Term Note means the Second Amended and Restated Term Note referred to in subsection 3(c) of this Repayment Agreement and attached hereto as Exhibit C.
