Tide Card definition

Tide Card means any prepaid Mastercard card issued under these Tide Card Terms under the bank identification number 559908, including any Expense Card.
Tide Card means any prepaid Mastercard card associated with your Tide GBP E-Money Account, including any Team Card.
Tide Card means the tangible pre-paid Mastercard issued by PPS which allows Tide Cardholders to enter into Tide Card Transactions pursuant to the PPS Terms and includes the First Tide Cards and Expense Cards.

  • If we don’t provide a refund by the end of the next Working Day but subsequently confirm that the PPT Payment and/or a Tide Card Transaction was unauthorised, we will refund the unauthorised sums to you straight away.

  • If you experience any difficulties in using the Tide Card you should contact Customer Services.

  • Your rights and obligations relating to the use of this Tide Card are subject to this Agreement between you and us; you have no rights against Mastercard or its respective affiliates.

  • If you have an account accessible via the Tide Platform (including for example an electronic money account) in a currency other than GBP, your Tide Card will not be linked to this account.

  • A Tide Cardholder may be required to undergo additional authentication steps to authorise certain Tide Card Transactions.

  • They must also keep safe any security information or credentials related to the Tide Card, the Tide GBP E-Money Account and the Tide Platform.

  • A Tide Card Transaction can also be authorised by tapping the Tide Card against a Contactless enabled reader.

  • SIM Card means the subscriber identity module which when used with the appropriate mobile phone handset enables you to access the Network.

  • Gift card means a document, card, certificate, or other record, whether tangible or intangible, that may be redeemed by a consumer for a dollar value when making a purchase of tangible personal property or services.

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

The term includes a business engaged in processing agricultural, aquacultural, or maricultural products and specifically includes meat, poultry, and any other variety of food processing operations. It does not include an establishment in which retail sales of tangible personal property are made to retail customers.

  • Label means a display of written, printed, or graphic matter upon the immediate container of any article. A requirement made by or under authority of this chapter that any word, statement, or other information appear on the label shall not be considered to be complied with unless such word, statement, or other information also appears on the outside container or wrapper, if any, of the retail package of such article or is easily legible through the outside container or wrapper.

  • Private label credit card means any charge card, credit card, or other instrument serving a similar purpose that carries, refers to, or is branded with the name or logo of a vendor and that can only be used for purchases from the vendor.

  • Bundle means to collect contributions from more than one source which are then delivered by one person to the Mayor or to his political fundraising committee.

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • Upgrade means a major version upgrade of any Platform software.

  • Smart Meter means a meter which tells us how much Energy you are using without us having to visit your home and which enables you to see how much Energy you are using;
