MasterCard Card definition

MasterCard Card means a Card containing the name, logo, hologram, or service marks of MasterCard, or any Card that has “MasterCard Card” functionality or acceptance utility issued in accordance with and as defined in the Rules in effect from time to time.
MasterCard Card means a Card bearing the name, logotype, hologram, service marks, trademarks or devices of MasterCard (including, without limitation, those relating to Maestro, Cirrus and Mondex) and providing the functionality associated with same.
MasterCard Card means a valid and unexpired MasterCard®1 credit card;

More Definitions of MasterCard Card

MasterCard Card means a Credit Card bearing the symbol of MasterCard, Credit Card Transactions in respect of which are cleared and settled through the MasterCard Credit Card Interchange System.

(p) “Qualified MasterCard Debit Transaction” means a recurring or one-time Applicable Transaction that (i) is a Dual Message-based transaction (e.g., excluding PIN and ATM and other Single Message-based transactions); (ii) is made using a MasterCard Debit Card; and (iii) is authorized, cleared and settled through the GCMS. (q) *** (r) “Standards” means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation and the bylaws, operating rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of MasterCard, including but not limited to any manuals, guides or bulletins, as may be amended from time to time. (s) “Single Message” means the method of processing a payment or cash disbursement transaction using a Card pursuant to which one (1) message is sent with respect to the payment or cash disbursement transaction, which such message authorizes and clears the applicable transaction for a final amount. (t) “Territory” shall mean the fifty (50) states of the United States of America and the District of Columbia, but does not include territories or possessions of the United States of America. (u) “Volume” means the United States dollar volume for Applicable Transactions that are (i) dual-message, signature-based transactions (e.g., a non-PIN transactions); and (ii) made using a Debit Card.
MasterCard Card means a Mastercard branded credit card, debit card or prepaid card (whether principal/primary card or supplementary card) issued by a Mastercard issuing bank in Malaysia;
MasterCard Card means a Card containing the name, logo, hologram, or service marks of MasterCard including, without limitation, MasterCard, Maestro, Cirrus or other MasterCard brand, and shall be issued in accordance with MasterCard rules, procedures, regulations and standards in effect from time to time. However, Maestro and Cirrus Cards shall not be included within MasterCard Cards for the purpose of calculating MasterCard Volume.
MasterCard Card means a Card bearing the MasterCard name, logotype, hologram of MasterCard International or any of its group companies with the functionalities associated with this brand. “Confidential Information” means all information in any medium or form (whether marked “confidential” or not) that a Party receives from the other Party, either directly or from the Party’s affiliates, and which concerns the business, operations or customers of the other Party, or any of its affiliates, and shall include all the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
MasterCard Card means any Card issued by Citibank Issuers containing the name, logo, hologram or service marks of MasterCard or any of its Affiliates, and includes any such Card that has MasterCard functionality or acceptance utility issued in accordance with the Rules from time to time.
