Tier One Supplier definition

Tier One Supplier means a company that performs a specific portion of the Work directly for the Contractor, producing or servicing a major subassembly or major component that is installed or used in the platform or system being procured under this Contract;

Tier One Supplier means a seller of goods and services who has entered into an agreement with iTools to be a supplier to the Community (and may be a supplier to other electronic commerce portals hosted by iTools) using the ecPortal and that is neither a Community Member nor a member of another electronic commerce portal hosted by iTools.
