RFX definition

RFX means the Request for Proposal, Request for Bid, or other solicitation document (and any amendments or addenda thereto) specifically identified in the State Entity Standard Contract Form that was issued to solicit the Services that are subject to the Contract.

RFX means the Request for Proposal, Request for Bid, Invitation to Negotiate or other solicitation document (and any amendments or addenda thereto) specifically identified in FLVS Standard Master Service Contract Form that was issued to solicit the Services that are subject to the Contract.

RFX means the Request for [Proposal/Quotation/Qualifications and Quotation] used as a solicitation document to establish this Contract, including all its amendments and modifications, Exhibit A hereto.

RFX means RFP or RFQ, as the case may be;

RFX means a document inviting suppliers to submit Bids with a view to being awarded a Contract for the purchase of Goods or Services, such as a Request for Prequalification (RFPQ), Request for Quotes (RFQ), Request for Tenders (RFT) or Request for Proposals (RFP).
