Tier Three definition

Tier Three in respect of a water budget means a water budget developed using computer based three dimensional groundwater flow models and computer based continuous surface water flow models to assess groundwater flows and levels, surface water flows and levels, and the interactions between them, and that includes consideration of the following circumstances:

Examples of Tier Three in a sentence

  • When the prescribing physician recommends a Tier Three medication over a Tier Two or Tier One medication for medical necessity, the insured shall be responsible for the Tier Two co-pay.

  • The benefit is a three-tier formulary program with a $10 co-pay for Tier One drugs, a $20 co-pay for Tier Two drugs, and a $35 co-pay for Tier Three drugs.

  • Tier Three and Tier Four training will not be eligible for compensation.

  • For all productions with production costs in excess of the Tier Three budget limits, as defined in Article I, in the United States the wages, benefits and terms and conditions of the following agreements, as applicable, shall apply to such productions: the current Producer - IATSE Basic Agreement, the “Majors” Agreements of the New York Production Locals, and/or Theatrical and Television Motion Picture Area Standards Agreement.

  • For all productions with production costs in excess of the Tier Three budget limits in Canada, the established theatrical motion picture agreements of the respective Canadian locals of the IATSE which cover theatrical motion pictures with budgets exceeding such limits shall be applicable to such productions.

  • The benefit is limited to a 30-day supply at retail pharmacies and a 90-day supply with 2 co-pays for Tier Two and Tier Three drugs and one co-pay for Tier One drugs through mail order.

  • Pathways and access to resources vary by student need and case, but they follow the general pathway of moving from teachers identifying concerns (Tier One, see below), to guidance counselors working with students and/or their families (Tier Two), and, in the most difficult cases, referrals to each school’s Student Study Team (SST) for referral to resources in and out of school including special education or outside counseling (Tier Three).

  • Tier Three: To provide for investment in new assets and/or amenities, and programs to advance policy goals.


More Definitions of Tier Three

Tier Three. Employees hired after Class 24 shall only be eligible to collect a pension payment after 25 years of sworn service only (does not include an combined buyback time) in the New Haven Police Department or attainment of a minimum age of 52 years.
Tier Three. A New Fixed Equipment Approach means the installation of any new Fixed Equipment Locations over and above the current seven (7) Fixed Equipment Locations set forth in Exhibit “A”. Customer shall be obligated to pay a fixed monthly fee of $5200.00 for each new Fixed Equipment Approach. This pricing is subject to Approach Location at which time can be re-negotiated.

  • Initial Termination Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(b).

  • Trigger Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.

  • Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.

  • Automatic Investment Plan means a program in which regular periodic purchases (or withdrawals) are made automatically in (or from) investment accounts in accordance with a predetermined schedule and allocation. An Automatic Investment Plan includes a dividend reinvestment plan.

  • Escrow Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 11.7.

  • Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(c).

  • Restriction Termination Date means the first day after the Initial Date on which the Board of Directors determines that it is no longer in the best interests of the Corporation to attempt to, or continue to, qualify as a REIT or that compliance with the restrictions and limitations on Beneficial Ownership, Constructive Ownership and Transfers of Shares set forth herein is no longer required in order for the Corporation to qualify as a REIT.

  • Rollover Notification Date shall be defined as set forth in the Prospectus under "Summary of Essential Information."

  • Accretion Termination Date As defined in the Series Supplement.

  • Purchase Termination Date means the date upon which the Transferor shall cease, for any reason whatsoever, to make purchases of Receivables from the Seller under the Receivables Purchase Agreement or the Receivables Purchase Agreement shall terminate for any reason whatsoever.

  • Reais Transfer Date means each Business Day of each calendar month following a Business Day when, as of the Balance Transfer Time for the Bond Administrator, there are available funds in the Collections Account for allocation in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Existing Commitment Termination Date as defined in Section 2.12(a).

  • Change of Control Date has the meaning provided in Section 4.15.

  • Hire Date has the meaning given to it in Section 2.6(a).

  • Make-Whole Fundamental Change Effective Date means (A) with respect to a Make-Whole Fundamental Change pursuant to clause (A) of the definition thereof, the date on which such Make-Whole Fundamental Change occurs or becomes effective; and (B) with respect to a Make-Whole Fundamental Change pursuant to clause (B) of the definition thereof, the applicable Redemption Notice Date.

  • Premium Payment Date in respect of any Option, means the date on which the Premium is due and payable, as agreed to at the time the Option is entered into, as evidenced in a Confirmation.

  • Anticipated Termination Date Any Distribution Date on which it is anticipated that the Trust Fund will be terminated pursuant to Section 9.01(c) of this Agreement.

  • Change of Control Value means (i) the per share price offered to stockholders of the Company in any such merger, consolidation, reorganization, sale of assets or dissolution transaction, (ii) the price per share offered to stockholders of the Company in any tender offer or exchange offer whereby a Change of Control takes place, or (iii) if such Change of Control occurs other than pursuant to a tender or exchange offer, the Fair Market Value per share of the shares into which Awards are exercisable, as determined by the Committee, whichever is applicable. In the event that the consideration offered to stockholders of the Company consists of anything other than cash, the Committee shall determine the fair cash equivalent of the portion of the consideration offered which is other than cash.

  • Effective Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10(b) hereof.

  • 12-Month Period means a rolling 12-month period measured backward from the date leave is taken and continuous with each additional leave day taken.

  • Inception Date means in respect of a Fund, the first date on which the Fund issued shares.

  • Event Termination Date See Section 2(e) hereof.

  • Three-Year Period means, with respect to a Restatement, the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the date that the Board, a committee of the Board, or the officer or officers of the Company authorized to take such action if Board action is not required, concludes, or reasonably should have concluded, that the Company is required to prepare such Restatement, or, if earlier, the date on which a court, regulator or other legally authorized body directs the Company to prepare such Restatement. The “Three-Year Period” also includes any transition period (that results from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following the three completed fiscal years identified in the preceding sentence. However, a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine to 12 months shall be deemed a completed fiscal year.

  • Investment End Date : means 11 November 2022, or if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day.

  • Annual Valuation Date means the Valuation Date each calendar year so designated by the Trust, commencing in the calendar year 2003.

  • Initial Optional Termination Date The first Distribution Date on which the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans is equal to or less than 10% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.
