Time Warner Cable Retained Cable Systems means all cable communications systems operated directly or indirectly by Time Warner Cable and its Affiliates (in each case to the extent the results of such systems are included in the consolidated results of Time Warner Cable) at the Closing other than the Transferred Systems and any systems acquired after the date hereof.

  • Cable Services means the transmission by cable of programs including retransmission by cable of any satellite television signals.

  • Double check valve assembly means an assembly composed of two single, independently acting, check valves including tightly closing shutoff valves located at each end of the assembly and suitable connections for testing the water tightness of each check valve.

  • Asset Management Plan means a strategic document that states how a group of assets are to be managed over a period of time. The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions. The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;
