Timeshare Program definition

Timeshare Program means the program under which (1) an Obligor has purchased a Timeshare Property and (2) an Obligor shares in the expenses associated with the operation and management of such program.
Timeshare Program means the rights and obligations of the timeshare owners, methods, procedures and rules for occupying, using and managing the timeshared property, as established by a particular set of timeshare instruments.
Timeshare Program means the program created under the Timeshare Declaration by which Obligors may own Timeshare Interests, enjoy their respective Timeshare Interests on a recurring basis, and share the expenses associated with the operation and management of such program.
