Timeshare Program definition

Timeshare Program means the program under which (1) an Obligor has purchased a Timeshare Property and (2) an Obligor shares in the expenses associated with the operation and management of such program.
Timeshare Program means the program under which (a) an Obligor has purchased a Timeshare Property and (b) an Obligor shares in the expenses associated with the operation and management of such program.
Timeshare Program means the rights and obligations of the timeshare owners, methods, procedures and rules for occupying, using and managing the timeshared property, as established by a particular set of timeshare instruments.

More Definitions of Timeshare Program

Timeshare Program means the program created under the Timeshare Declaration by which Obligors may own Timeshare Interests, enjoy their respective Timeshare Interests on a recurring basis, and share the expenses associated with the operation and management of such program.

Related to Timeshare Program

  • Timeshare or "timeshare property" means real property

  • Timeshare Property means one or more accommodations subject to the same timeshare instrument, together with any other property or rights to property appurtenant to those accommodations.
