Title IX complaint means a formal signed complaint from a cur- rent student, applicant, employee, or person participating in or seek- ing to participate in a university program or activity, or by the Ti- tle IX coordinator, alleging sexual harassment, sexual assault, domes- tic violence, dating violence, or stalking for the conduct that occur- red on university premises, during a university program or activity within the United States, or at a building owned or controlled by a student organization that is officially recognized by the university. Examples of Title IX complaint in a sentence

  • Any allegation of retaliation should be reported to the Title IX Coordinator and will be treated as an independent Title IX complaint requiring consideration of appropriate reparative interim action, as well as investigation and resolution as described in this policy.

  • If the conduct alleged in the formal complaint falls outside the scope of the Title IX and Sexual Harassment Policy, then the Title IX Coordinator must dismiss the Title IX complaint.

  • Environmental Complaint shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.19(d) hereof.
