Title Policy Costs definition

Title Policy Costs means the cost of the Title Policy, including any fees and expenses charged by the Title Company in connection with the Commitments or the Title Policy and the cost of the following endorsements (to the extent applicable or available): Comprehensive endorsements, zoning endorsements, access endorsements, same as survey endorsements, utility facility endorsements, subdivision endorsements, separate tax lot endorsements and contiguity endorsements.
Title Policy Costs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.1(a) hereof.

Examples of Title Policy Costs in a sentence

  • Seller shall pay for certain items prior to or at the time of Closing (the “Seller’s Closing Costs”), as follows: Recording of any corrective title instruments; All inspection and investigation costs; Survey costs; Massachusetts property transfer tax; Title Commitment and Title Policy Costs; and Recordation of Deed.

  • Buyer shall pay any Buyer Title Policy Costs together with the remaining one-half (1/2) of the Escrow Holder fees, which together shall be referred to herein as the “Buyer’s Closing Costs”.

  • With respect to the costs and expenses related to the issuance by the applicable title insurance company of the Title Policies (the "Title Policy Cost"), Leavxxx xxxll pay up to, but not exceeding, $10,000 of the Title Policy Costs, and Purchaser shall pay the Title Policy Costs that exceed $10,000.

  • Title Policy shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Title Insurance An American Land Title Association (ALTA) mortgage loan title policy form 1970, or other form of Title Insurance Policy acceptable to FNMA or FHLMC, including all riders and endorsements thereto, insuring that the Security Instrument constitutes a valid first lien on the related Mortgaged Property subject only to permitted encumbrances.

  • Owner’s Title Policy means those certain ALTA extended coverage owner’s policies of title insurance issued in connection with the closing of the Mortgage Loan insuring the Mortgage Borrower as the owner of the Property.

  • Insurance Costs means the sums described in paragraph 1.1 of Part 5 of the Schedule;

  • Title Insurance Policies means, with respect to each Individual Property, an ALTA mortgagee title insurance policy in a form acceptable to Lender (or, if an Individual Property is in a State which does not permit the issuance of such ALTA policy, such form as shall be permitted in such State and acceptable to Lender) issued with respect to such Individual Property and insuring the lien of the Mortgage encumbering such Individual Property.

  • Closing Costs means, collectively, all initial costs and fees that identified above and in Section 16 that Seller agrees to pay to Buyer as consideration for agreeing to enter into this Agreement.

  • Title Insurance Policy A title insurance policy maintained with respect to a Mortgage Loan.

  • Mortgage Policies has the meaning specified in Section 6.13(b)(ii).

  • Existing Title Policy means, the existing title insurance policy for the Property.

  • Mortgage Policy has the meaning specified in Section 4.01(a)(iv)(B).

  • Insurance Expenses means any Insurance Proceeds (i) applied to the repair of the related Leased Vehicle, (ii) released to the related Lessee in accordance with applicable law or the Customary Servicing Practices or (iii) representing other related expenses incurred by the Servicer that are not otherwise included in Liquidation Expenses or Disposition Expenses and recoverable by the Servicer under any applicable Servicer Basic Documents.

  • Collection Costs means an amount that the Municipality can charge with regard to the enforcement of a consumer’s monetary obligations;

  • Financing Costs means for each calendar day the product of:

  • Title Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 5.9.

  • Construction Costs means land costs, all costs paid to construct and complete the Improvements, as specified on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • Production Costs means those costs and expenditures incurred in carrying out Production Operations as classified and defined in Section 2 of the Accounting Procedure and allowed to be recovered in terms of Section 3 thereof.

  • Acquisition Costs means all fees, costs, expenses, stamp, registration or transfer Taxes incurred by the Group in connection with the Acquisition.

  • Property Costs as defined in Section 2.05(a).

  • Replacement Costs means the expenditures for obtaining and installing equipment, accessories or appurtenances which are necessary during the useful life of the treatment works to maintain the capacity and performance for which such works were designed and constructed.

  • CLTA The California Land Title Association.

  • Financing Costs Adjustment Date means each of the following days:

  • Property Protection Expenses Any costs and expenses incurred by the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.04, 3.07, 3.10(f), 3.10(g) or 3.17(b) or indicated herein as being a cost or expense of the Lower-Tier REMIC to be advanced by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, as applicable.

  • Project Costs means the costs of the construction, acquisition or equipping of the Project, as further described in the Project Budget, and such other costs as may be approved in writing by the Department, provided such costs are permitted by the Act.

  • Transaction Costs means all fees, costs and expenses incurred or payable by the Borrower or any Subsidiary in connection with the Transactions.

  • Costs of the Project means Recipient’s actual costs (including any financing costs properly allocable to the Project) that are (a) reasonable, necessary and directly related to the Project, (b) permitted by generally accepted accounting principles to be Costs of the Project, and (c) are eligible or permitted uses of the Financing Proceeds under applicable state or federal statute and rule.
