Seller shall pay for certain items prior to or at the time of Closing (the “Seller’s Closing Costs”), as follows: Recording of any corrective title instruments; All inspection and investigation costs; Survey costs; Massachusetts property transfer tax; Title Commitment and Title Policy Costs; and Recordation of Deed.
