Tobacco Commission definition

Tobacco Commission means the Virginia Tobacco Region Revitalization Commission, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, as created in Chapter 31 of Title 3.2 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.

The Subsidiary and the Affiliated Entity, if any, shall be in good standing with the Virginia State Corporation Commission and authorized to transact business in Virginia throughout the balance of the Performance Period.
