Toll Traffic definition

Toll Traffic means traffic that is originated by a Customer of one Party on that Party’s network and terminates to a Customer of the other Party on that Party’s network and is not Local Traffic or Ancillary Traffic. Toll Traffic may be either “IntraLATA Toll Traffic” or “InterLATA Toll Traffic,” depending on whether the originating and terminating points are within the same LATA.
Toll Traffic and “Toll Calls” means intra local access and transport area (“LATA”) or interLATA calls that originate and terminate outside of the Local Calling Area as defined in the Qwest tariff. For all Toll Traffic originated by or terminated to CLEC’s QLSP End User Customer, Qwest may xxxx applicable tariff charges, including SS7 message charges [ISDN User Part (ISUP) and Transaction Capabilities Application Part (TCAP)], to the Interexchange Carrier (IXC) or other wholesale SS7 provider.
Toll Traffic means IntraLATA traffic falling outside of the normal free calling area as defined by the Commission.

  • The offering of transmission and switching services for the purpose of the origination or termination of Toll Traffic.

  • Toll Traffic may be either “IntraLATA Toll Traffic” or “InterLATA Toll Traffic”, depending on whether the originating and terminating points are within the same LATA.

  • When Toll Traffic is delivered over the same Interconnection Trunks as Reciprocal Compensation Traffic, any port, transport or other applicable access charges related to the delivery of Toll Traffic from the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA to the terminating Party’s Customer shall be prorated so as to apply only to the Toll Traffic.
