Tonopah Project definition

Tonopah Project means all assets that were not previously sold, disposed of, transferred or abandoned prior to the Effective Date, including, without limitation, through the Spring Valley Sale or the GRP Sale, that comprise or otherwise relate to the Debtors’ Tonopah project located in Nye County, Nevada, approximately 15 miles northeast of the town of Tonopah, 210 miles northwest of Las Vegas and 236 miles southeast of Reno, Nevada, on the northeastern flank of the San Antonio Mountains and in the Ralston Valley.
Tonopah Project means a gold exploration project located in Xxx County, Nevada, approximately 15 miles northeast of the town of Tonopah, Nevada, the exploration of which is being undertaken at least in part by the Sponsor’s Affiliate as of the date hereof. Examples of Tonopah Project in a sentence

  • Become a general or limited partner in any general or limited partnership, other than in the Borrower, or party to any joint venture; provided that such Guarantor may enter into a joint venture solely in connection with the Golden Eagle Project, the Pinyon Project, the Spring Valley Project or the Tonopah Project.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.
