Top Parent definition

Top Parent means Big River Steel Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Top Parent means Big River Steel Parent LLC and any successor thereof.

  • Unless otherwise specifically provided herein, any notice or other communication herein required or permitted to be given to a Loan Party, S/B Parent, Global Parent, Liberty Top Parent, Collateral Agent, or Administrative Agent shall be sent to such Person’s address as set forth on Appendix B or in the other relevant Loan Document, and in the case of any Lender, the address as indicated on Appendix B or otherwise indicated to Administrative Agent in writing.

  • Each Loan Party covenants and agrees that, so long as any Commitment is in effect and until payment in full of all Obligations, such Loan Party (and, to the extent applicable, each of Global Parent, Liberty Top Parent and S/B Parent) shall perform, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform, all covenants in this Article VI.
