Total Assets Value definition

Total Assets Value means the sum of:
Total Assets Value means, at any time, the sum of (a) Original Real Estate Assets at such time, (b) Undepreciated New Real Estate Assets at such time, and (c) Adjusted Non-Real Estate Assets at such time.
Total Assets Value has the meaning set forth in Section 7.17.
