Total Bank Exposure definition
Total Bank Exposure at any time means the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of the Loans outstanding at such time plus (ii) the aggregate amount of the Revolving Letter of Credit Liabilities at such time plus (iii) the aggregate amount of the Unused Revolving Credit Loan Commitments.
Total Bank Exposure on any day, the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of Bank Loans then outstanding and (b) the Letter of Credit Exposure on such date.
Total Bank Exposure at any time means the sum of the aggregate principal amount of the Loans outstanding at such time.
