Total Brazilian Extensions of Credit definition

Total Brazilian Extensions of Credit means, at any time, the aggregate Outstanding Amount of the Brazilian Extensions of Credit of the Brazilian Lenders at such time.

  • Total Extensions of Credit at any time, the aggregate amount of the Extensions of Credit of the Lenders outstanding at such time.

  • Total Revolving Extensions of Credit at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Extensions of Credit of the Revolving Lenders outstanding at such time.

  • Revolving Extensions of Credit as to any Revolving Lender at any time, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Loans held by such Lender then outstanding, (b) such Lender’s Revolving Percentage of the L/C Obligations then outstanding and (c) such Lender’s Revolving Percentage of the aggregate principal amount of Swingline Loans then outstanding.

  • Extensions of Credit means, as to any Lender at any time, (a) an amount equal to the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Credit Loans made by such Lender then outstanding, (ii) such Lender’s Commitment Percentage of the L/C Obligations then outstanding and (iii) such Lender’s Commitment Percentage of the Swingline Loans then outstanding or (b) the making of any Loan or participation in any Swingline Loan or any Letter of Credit by such Lender, as the context requires.

  • L/C Credit Extension means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the issuance thereof or extension of the expiry date thereof, or the increase of the amount thereof.

  • Credit Extensions mean each of the following: (a) a Borrowing and (b) an L/C Credit Extension.

  • Commercial Letters of Credit means those letters of credit subject to the UCP payable in Dollars and issued or caused to be issued by Lender on behalf of Borrower under a Loan Facility for the benefit of a supplier(s) of Borrower in connection with Borrower's purchase of goods or services from the supplier in support of the export of the Items.

  • L/C Credit Extension means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the issuance thereof or extension of the expiry date thereof, or the increase of the amount thereof.

  • Existing Letters of Credit means each of the letters of credit issued under the Existing Credit Agreement outstanding on the Closing Date that are described on Schedule 1.01(b).

  • Total Utilization of Revolving Loan Commitments means, as at any date of determination, the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Revolving Loans (other than Revolving Loans made for the purpose of reimbursing the applicable Issuing Lender for any amount drawn under any Letter of Credit but not yet so applied) plus (ii) the Letter of Credit Usage.

  • Revolving Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1(a).

  • Extension of Credit means, as to any Lender, the making of a Loan by such Lender (or a participation therein by a Lender) or the issuance of, or participation in, a Letter of Credit by such Lender.

  • Initial Extension of Credit means the earlier to occur of the initial Borrowing and the initial issuance of a Letter of Credit hereunder.

  • Trade Letters of Credit shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(a).

  • Total Revolving Commitments at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Commitments then in effect.

  • Revolving Line of Credit means the Commitments of the Lenders to make Revolving Loans pursuant to Section 3 of this Financing Agreement and assist the Companies in opening Letters of Credit, Bankers Acceptances, Steamship Guarantees and Airway Releases pursuant to Section 5 of this Financing Agreement, in an aggregate amount equal to $250,000,000.

  • Revolving Credit Extension Request shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(f)(ii).

  • Revolving Loan Availability means at any time the lesser of (a) the Revolving Loan Commitment or (b) the Borrowing Base Amount.

  • Outstanding Letters of Credit shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.02(j).

  • Canadian Revolving Loans means the Loans extended by the Canadian Revolving Lenders to the Canadian Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(b).

  • Revolving Facility Credit Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of the Revolving Facility Loans outstanding at such time, (b) the Swingline Exposure at such time and (c) any Revolving L/C Exposure at such time. The Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be the product of (x) such Lender’s Revolving Facility Percentage and (y) the aggregate Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of all Lenders, collectively, at such time.

  • Credit Extension Date means the Borrowing Date for an Advance or the issuance date for a Facility LC.

  • Revolving Loan Facility means the credit facility or portion thereof established by Lender in favor of Borrower for the purpose of providing working capital in the form of loans and/or Letters of Credit to finance the manufacture, production or purchase and subsequent export sale of Items pursuant to Loan Documents under which Credit Accommodations may be made and repaid on a continuous basis based solely on credit availability on the Export-Related Borrowing Base during the term of such credit facility

  • Tranche B Term Loans means Loans made or deemed made by the Tranche B Term Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(b) or pursuant to Section 1 of the First Amendment to 2009 Credit Agreement.

  • Total Revolving Credit Commitments at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Commitments then in effect.

  • Total Utilization of Revolving Commitments means, as at any date of determination, the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Revolving Loans (other than Revolving Loans made for the purpose of repaying any Refunded Swing Line Loans or reimbursing Issuing Bank for any amount drawn under any Letter of Credit, but not yet so applied), (ii) the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Swing Line Loans and (iii) the Letter of Credit Usage.
