Total Cash Exercise Price definition

Total Cash Exercise Price means the product of (x) the aggregate exercise price of such Company Stock Option, multiplied by (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Cash Consideration, and the denominator of which is the sum of (A) the Cash Consideration and (B) the product of the Parent Stock Consideration multiplied by the Parent Common Stock Value.
Total Cash Exercise Price means the aggregate exercise price of all shares of Company Common Stock subject to such Company Option, multiplied by a fraction, (a) the numerator of which is the Cash Consideration and the denominator of which is (b) the sum of (i) the Cash Consideration and the (ii) the Share Consideration Value.

  • Current Warrant Price means, in respect of a share of Common Stock at any date herein specified, the price at which a share of Common Stock may be purchased pursuant to this Warrant on such date.
