Total Cash Flow definition

Total Cash Flow means, for any period, consolidated net income of the Company, computed in accordance with GAAP, excluding gains (or losses) from debt restructuring and sales of property, plus depreciation and amortization, Total Interest Expense and provisions for income taxes, all to the extent deducted in computing consolidated net income and after adjustments for deferred rent and unconsolidated partnerships and joint ventures.
Total Cash Flow means, for any period, for the Customer Group the excess (if greater than zero (0)) of (a) the sum of (i) EBITDA for such period and (ii) the decrease, if any, in Non-Cash Working Capital during such period, over (b) the sum of (i) income taxes paid in cash during such period and (ii) the increase, if any, in Non-Cash Working Capital during such period.
Total Cash Flow means, as to any Person, the sum of the net income of such Person for any period plus, to the extent deducted from net income, all non-cash items, including, but not limited to, depreciation, depletion and impairment, amortization of intangibles and deferred taxes, in each case for such period and determined as to such Person minus to the extent included in net income, all non-cash income, calculated in accordance with GAAP.

Total Cash Flow means, as at any date of determination thereof, the sum of Net Income, Interest Expense, income taxes, depreciation and amortization in each case calculated as at such date of determination for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP. Neither cash nor non-cash charges reflecting extraordinary terms, unusual items, or one time charges will be added back for the purpose of Total Cash Flow calculation.
Total Cash Flow means, as of any date of determination for the week then ended, the “Total Cash Flow” line item on the 13-week cash flow portion of the then current DIP Budget.

Total Cash Flow of the Company for any period means the net income of the Company for such period determined on the accrual method of accounting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, plus the amount of any deductions taken by the Company or depreciation, amortization or other non-cash charges for such period and less the amount of any non-cash items of income or gain and any amounts disbursed in respect of any capital expenditures.
