Following the effective date of this Agreement, rentals and fees for the use of the other Airport facilities, and for rights, licenses, and privileges granted to Airline under Articles 2 and 3 hereunder, except as provided elsewhere herein, shall be combined in and represented by a monthly landing fee (hereinafter referred to as the "Landing Fee"), which shall be determined: by multiplying Airline’s Total Landed Weight for the month by the annual Landing Fee rate per thousand pound unit of landed weight.
Airline shall pay to County monthly Landing Fees to be determined by multiplying the number of one thousand (1000) pound units of Total Landed Weight for Airline during the month by the then current Landing Fee Rate established pursuant to Section 6.05 hereof.
