Landing Fee definition

Landing Fee means a fee assessed by County on Air Transportation Companies based on the Landed Weight of each Revenue Landing.
Landing Fee means the landing fee authorized in Section 2-1.06 of this chapter.
Landing Fee means the fee charged by the Authority for each aircraft landing by an airline at the Airport, calculated by multiplying the Landing Fee Rate by the Maximum Gross Landing Weight (“MGLW”), stated in one-thousand pound units. A Landing Fee shall not be charged for any aircraft landing that originated from the Airport but returned to Airport for emergency or maintenance reasons without having first landed at another airport.

Examples of Landing Fee in a sentence

  • Terminal Revenue Percentage shall be an amount equal to the Terminal proportionate share of the sum of Signatory Airlines’ Terminal Rental Revenues and Landing Fee Revenues prior to calculating Revenue Sharing.

  • Airfield Revenue Percentage shall be an amount equal to the Airfield proportionate share of the sum of Signatory Airlines’ Terminal Rental Revenues and Landing Fee Revenues prior to calculating Revenue Sharing.

  • The Terminal Rental Rate, Landing Fee Rate and Baggage Handling System Rate for each Rate Setting Period shall be calculated as set forth in this subsection.

  • The Port may use the most recent available historical MGLW or forecasts of MGLW that reflect reasonable Port management judgment in calculating the estimated Landing Fee.

  • The calculation of the Landing Fee shall exclude non-revenue landings that are timely and accurately reported by Air Carriers in monthly Activity Reports submitted under Section 8.20.2.


More Definitions of Landing Fee

Landing Fee means any fee that is established under or in accordance with regulations of the military depart- ment concerned (whether prescribed in a fee schedule or imposed under a joint-use agreement) to recover costs incurred for use by civil aircraft of an airfield of the military department in the United States or in a territory or possession of the United States.
Landing Fee means the Landing Fee authorized in Section 3.1 of this Ordinance.
Landing Fee means the fee charged by the Authority under the Rates and Charges Resolution for an Airline’s use of the runway, taxiways, and other aeronautical facilities at the Airport.
Landing Fee means an amount levied on an operator of an aircraft in connection with the landing or parking of the aircraft at the Airport;
Landing Fee means a fee expressed as an amount per thousand pounds of maximum gross landing and take off weight.
Landing Fee means the fee assessed to aircraft for landing at the Slave Lake Airport.
Landing Fee means a fee expressed in U.S. Dollars and rounded to the nearest cent per thousand pounds of the Maximum Gross Landed Weight of each type of AIRLINE’s aircraft and shall be multiplied by the total of all Maximum Gross Landed Weight for all Chargeable Landings of each type of aircraft landed at the Airport by AIRLINE, and as further described in Article 7.01.
