Total Negotiated Rate definition

Total Negotiated Rate or “Total Negotiated Weekly Wage” means: 11.28.1 For a weekly employee the figure set out in Clause 4(1) (Rehearsal) or 4(2)(a), or 4(2)(b) or 4(2)(c) (Performance) of the employeesStandard Contract and includes the minimum rate and any applicable loadings such as but not limited to any personal margin, production loadings and weekly understudy loadings. 11.28.2 For a casual employee the fee payable to the employee either per performance or per hour and includes the minimum rate and any applicable loadings such as but not limited to any personal margin, production loadings and understudy loadings.

  • Provided that, if the employment of such an Employee continues until the completion of 12 months continuous employment, the loading then becomes payable in respect of the period of such leave and is to be calculated by applying the Total Negotiated Rate at the time leave was taken.
