Total Power Costs definition

Total Power Costs has the meaning described in Section 4.3.
Total Power Costs means all of SCPPA’s costs resulting from SCPPA’s contracting for, providing for, accommodating, and facilitating the Project, including costs arising under any of the Power Purchase Agreement or other Project Agreements. SCPPA shall apply, as a credit against Total Power Costs, any receipts, revenues and other moneys received by SCPPA from surplus equipment, materials, supplies or assets relating to the Project sold prior to the Commencement Date for the benefit of SCPPA, as well as such other amounts to be applied as a credit against Total Power Costs pursuant to this Agreement.
