Cost Component definition

Cost Component. As defined in Section 3.1(a).
Cost Component has the meaning set forth in Schedule 2.

Cost Component means the costs incurred by Hospital during the corresponding month for services and personnel associated with the performance of Procedures, excluding (i) Lease Payments, (ii) physician and other professional fees, and (iii) direct or indirect administrative overhead expenses.
