Total Trustee Fees definition

Total Trustee Fees means, for any Collection Period and the related Payment Date, with respect to each of the Trustees, the sum of (i) the Monthly Trustee Fees for such Collection Period and (ii) all accrued but unpaid Monthly Trustee Fees for the previous Collection Period.
