Total Vesting Period definition

Total Vesting Period means the three (3) years as of the end of the Eligibility Period.
Total Vesting Period means either three or four years (as applicable) from the “award date” of the Award (as defined in the ESP rules) for Awards under the ESP, and three years from the “award date” of the Award (as defined in the relevant plan rules) for Awards under the LTIP and the DBP;
Total Vesting Period means the number of calendar days in the Initial Period.

Related to Total Vesting Period

  • Vesting Period means the period of time specified by the Committee during which vesting restrictions for an Award are applicable.

  • Vesting Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(c)(ii).

  • Minimum Hire Period means the Minimum Hire Period as described on the invoices, quotation, authority to hire, or any other forms as provided by the Supplier to the Client.

  • Grant Period means the period between Effective Date and Expiration Date of the Grant Award Agreement during which time expenditure of all grant funds and all contributions to match must be made.

  • Qualifying Period means 12 continuous Calendar Weeks during the whole or part of which the Agency Worker is supplied by one or more Temporary Work Agencies to the relevant Hirer to work temporarily for and under the supervision and direction of the relevant Hirer in the same role, and as further defined in the Schedule to these Terms;
