Tournament Organiser definition

Tournament Organiser meanss the designated person to which powers have been delegated by the RFU in relation to the management of the Professional Competition and who shall be responsible for referring to the relevant Disputes Committees of that Professional Competitions such matters as stipulated under the relevant competition regulations.
